Job Title: French-Speaking Sales Executive / Customer Service Associate (B2B & Payments)
Location: Remote
Experience: 1-5 years
Language Requirement: Fluent in French and English
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Associate who is fluent in French in the payments or banking domain. The ideal candidate will handle inbound/outbound calls, assist with client inquiries, and provide helpdesk support related to payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in French and English
Promote payment solutions and upsell services to prospective and existing clients
Provide helpdesk support and resolve customer queries efficiently
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
1-4 years of experience in Customer Service (CCE/CSE/CCA), or Helpdesk roles
Strong communication skills in French (mandatory) and English
Prior experience in payments/fintech/ Banking domain is preferred
