- You will become knowledgeable about all services, programs and activities for all members and guests in person or over the telephone to provide an extraordinary, 5-star experience.
- Greets members at the and assisting them with checks-in and checks-out for their appointments and services.
- Answer phone calls efficiently, with a professional phone etiquette, and in a timely manner to accurately schedule services and direct calls to appropriate department personnel.
- Routinely check the male locker room to ensure the locker room is in “show-ready” condition by cleaning and tidying the sink, shower, and spa area. Restocking appropriate supplies, vacuuming, and empty lockers.
- For the health and safety of our members, ensure the fitness area is maintained – towels on machines folded, re-racking weights, cleaning surfaces.
- You are at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You pay attention to the details and love being busy, proactively looking for ways to help your peers and provide an amazing experience for our guests.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize duties while maintaining a professional demeanor with guests, fellow cast members, and spa management.
- Thinking on your feet, you handle challenges like a PRO with a strong sense of urgency for resolution and improvement.
- Your positive attitude shines through and you consistently demonstrate a strong oral and written communication skills with all guests and cast members in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.

Currently, we have an opening in our Seattle Location for a part-time Front Desk Concierge (Male). The shifts would be 2pm - 9:15pm during the week and 7am - 3:15pm OR 3:15pm - 7:15pm on the weekend, part-time. Please note this is a permanent/on-going position and we are unable to hire for summer-only availability. You are required to be 18 years or older position.
