      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the complete sales process from lead qualification to deal closure
      - Consistently meet and exceed annual revenue quotas
      - Prospect into a curated list of enterprise accounts through various outreach methods
      - Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and present regular deal reviews to the CEO
      - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and positioning

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, with outbound prospecting and closing experience
      - Strong cold calling skills and willingness to conduct high-volume outreach
      - Confidence in running discovery and closing conversations with senior decision-makers
      - Ability to travel up to 20% for prospect meetings and industry events
      - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience or network in medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
      - Self-starter attitude with the ability to produce results independently
      - Comfort in a fast-paced startup or scaleup environment
      - Native or full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
