      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, maintain, monitor, and teach online courses in the Master of Education and Teaching programs
      - Mentor students, adjunct faculty, staff, and other program stakeholders
      - Participate in service to the discipline and the institution, both internally and externally
      - Model professional and collegial behavior that fosters mutual respect and transparent communication
      - Undertake other projects as agreed with and assigned by the Dean

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctorate in Education, with an emphasis in Teaching, or other closely related field
      - A valid California credential in a single subject area
      - Minimum three years of demonstrated success teaching in an online asynchronous learning environment
      - Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering engaging curriculum and assessments in an online-first LMS
      - Ability to engage collegially and collaboratively with faculty, staff, and professionals across disciplines

      - Demonstrated ability to manage, support, and train adjuncts in an online environment
