      The Position

      Vince is seeking a dynamic, customer service driven Full-Time Seasonal Sales Associate.

      The Sales Associate is responsible for generating sales and building customer relationships while supporting the management and sales staff in our retail stores. The associate will be responsible helping to get product for clients, and cash wrap processes. The associate will also be responsible for maintaining the visual and housekeeping standards of the store. This will include the receiving of merchandise and presentation to the selling floor, processing of markdowns, removal from the floor for transfers, and replenishment. The associate may also be responsible for fulfillment and Buy Online Pick Up In Store preparation. The associate must have an ability to successfully operate our point-of-sale (POS) register system and operate our email system.


      Salary Range

      The anticipated base salary range for this position is $22- $25 hourly. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.

      What You’ll Be Responsible For:

      • Support sales team by assisting with product and engaging with clients.
      • Demonstrate knowledge of the merchandises’ features and benefits.
      • Be a quick thinker who listens to the customer and can identify his/her needs and overcome objections if raised.
      • Maintain the housekeeping and visual standards of the store.
      • Assist with replenishment, stock, and transfers.
      • Safeguard the store’s inventory by adherence to the company’s loss prevention program
      • Follow all store operational policies and procedures

      Qualifications/Experience We’re Looking For:

      • Have a positive, high-energy, friendly, outgoing and engaging personality
      • Luxury retail experience is preferred.
      • Must be willing to work closely with coworkers to ensure positive store results.
      • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills allowing for effective communication with customers and coworkers.
      • Must be able to lift, carry or otherwise move objects weighing up to 35 pounds when merchandising the sales floor and use ladders or stairs
