      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer all phone calls and emails, providing timely assistance to clients
      - Update and maintain employee profiles, including activation and deactivation
      - Perform validation overrides and tour of duty unit maintenance
      - Gather and provide reports as requested and assist with special projects
      - Independently research and resolve issues while documenting processes clearly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in help desk support or a related field
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Ability to manage customer expectations and provide effective resolutions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Access
      - Experience in a federal or government-related environment
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      - Familiarity with interpreting laws, policies, and procedures
