- Installing insulation on pipes, ducts, and mechanical systems
- Cleaning and preparing surfaces to ensure proper insulation application
- Measuring, cutting, and fitting insulation materials to precise specifications
- Assisting experienced insulators with material handling and tool setup
- Maintaining tools and keeping the job site clean and organized
- Following all safety procedures and wearing required PPE at all times
- Experience in construction or general labor
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work safely in an active construction environment
- Experience with insulation or mechanical systems
- Willingness to learn a skilled trade and grow within the company

This is a Contract position based out of Nevada, IA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
