- Remove tape from floors and clean designated areas.
- Move and stage inventory efficiently.
- Install metal fences on robotics floors to improve safety procedures.
- Utilize various hand and power tools such as drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers, rulers, hammers, and torque wrenches.
- Comfortably perform heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Work in a loud, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in labor, loading, cleaning, and general production.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Mechanical inclination and skill with tools.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Punctual, reliable, and safety conscious.
- Physically capable of repetitive work including lifting, pulling, and pushing.
- Experience in installation, construction, carpentry, industrial work, repair, assembly, and mechanical tasks.
- Familiarity with quality assurance, forklift operation, inventory management, electrical schematics, and mechanical assembly.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 50 lbs.
Job Title: General LaborerJob DescriptionWe are looking for dedicated General Laborers to join our team. This role involves handling materials, removing tape from floors, cleaning, moving inventory, and staging inventory. As an installer, you will be moving and installing metal fences on robotics floors to enhance safety procedures.

Work EnvironmentWork in a climate-controlled warehouse environment that can be loud and chaotic. Shifts available: 1st shift from 4:30am-2:00pm and 2nd shift from 2:30pm-12:30am. Must be available Monday-Friday with some potential work on Saturdays.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Bondurant, IA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
