- Assemble awning and screening systems using hand and power tools
- Assist with motorized component assembly into long tube systems
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials (mesh, screens, fabric) to specifications
- Operate basic fabrication and fabric welding equipment
- Load finished products for shipping and staging
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and production instructions
- Experience using hand tools and basic power tools
- Ability to perform general labor and assembly tasks
- Comfort working in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
- Ability to read instructions
- Ability to read a tape measure (inches required)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable standing and working on feet for full shifts
- Warehouse, shipping, or sewing experience preferred (not required)
- Valid work authorization
- Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (4–6 months initially)

- Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Shift: As early as 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Overtime: Occasional overtime and Saturdays
