Job Description

- Conduct Technical Training per the defined standard processes and methodologies
- Prepare for daily training sessions ahead of time in order to create consistent, effective and positive customer experience
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly training reports including keeping up to date the Training matrix and metrics files
- Complete certification/ sign off testing and evaluation for all Team Members that have completed Technical Training
- Generate Training record when session has been completed, file and maintain accurate, up to date records
- Partner with Production Leads and Supervisors to ensure smooth handoff/ transition of Team member to Production environment
- Communicate regularly with Production Leads, Supervisors, Technical Trainers and Lead HR Consultant
- Audit Training effectiveness per Training system requirements
- Review/Revise training documentation (POI, JBS, SWI, etc.)
- Signed off in Sorter Training
- Extreme attention to detail and experience with Microsoft Programs required
- Experience in data analytics and Production management software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Ability to handle issues in a discrete and confidential manner
- Basic knowledge of adult learning theory
- Ability to present
- Shift flexibility required
- MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Verifier preffered.
- 5+ years prior Training experience and completed Train the Trainer certification preferred
- Experience with TWI methodology and TMS documentation system preferred

This position works on a 12-hr rotating night shift ftrom 7pm-7am.
GENERAL FUNCTION
Responsible for conducting Technical Training in Production areas in order to meet training targets and maximize the safety, effectiveness and flexibility of our workforce.
