What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the Study Management Team for successful execution of phase 1-4 clinical trials
- Manage study metrics, project milestones, and communication with other departments
- Ensure accurate budget management and vendor coordination
- Drive activity to meet enrolment commitments and resolve issues
- Deliver training to the study team and maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS degree in Life Sciences
- 3-5 years of clinical trial management experience in the pharmaceutical industry or CRO
- Experience in coordinating global or regional teams in a virtual environment
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Legal authorization to work in the United States and/or Canada
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in oncology, cardiology/metabolism, infectious disease, immunology, and/or vaccines
- Familiarity with Phase I-IV studies
