- Leads, manages, and strategically directs the project management department activities for assigned functional areas.
- Partners with business leaders to identify short and long-term projects to be undertaken; directs needs analysis in collaboration with business leaders to determine project timelines; oversees analysis, project identification, design, budget, communication, and integration; approves business workflow and project design.
- Directs the assessment of business needs, Project Manager capabilities and available project budgets.
- Secures senior leadership sponsorship of projects and approval of objectives; keeps business leadership apprised of project status and developments; monitors project success measures and understands the status of specific projects and assignments.
- Develops, leads, and motivates project management staff; sets goals in training and development, performance, and career planning.
- Formulates annual operational and financial budgets as they relate to unit objectives.
- Coaches and mentors Project Management Managers and Project Managers; delegates project assignments based on availability, ability, and developmental needs; provides developmental feedback to team members; coaches other Project Managers in managing teams.

- College, university, or equivalent degree required.
- Green Belt certification required.
- Project Management Director – Finance (English)
- End-to-end process subject matter experts within for Order-to-Cash with significant experience and accounting qualifications.
- Oversees the development and implementation of key finance processes within Order to Cash cycle across Corporate Finance, shared services, Accounting Centre, and Business Segment Finance.
- Partners with Global Capability center and other third-party service vendors.
- Influences or makes decisions across the Order to cash process cycle. Works closely with functional leaders outside of Finance including Sales, Order Management etc. to influence upstream processes interacting with Finance.
- Leads O2C working groups for their process cycles as a part of the Finance Governance structure.
- Works in collaboration with other working group members to discuss initiatives and issues.
- Escalates to Global Process Leader and the Governance Operating Committee where necessary.
- Directs definition of O2C end-to-end process KPIs along with efficiency metrics for CBS and Accounting operations within the process cycle. Monitors and reports these KPIs through Governance Operating Committee. Leads root case and actions thereof.

We are looking for a dynamic, talented Global Process Owner- Order to Cash to join our team specializing in corporate finance for our team headquartered in Columbus, IN. The role is designated 100% remote time with limited travel of 10%.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience, range: $127,000-$212,500. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage, and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
