  We are looking for:

  • A process expert, who will be part of the Procurement Process team managing ongoing improvements and transformation of the Source to Contract, the Supplier Portfolio management processes and the overall Procurement Governance and Compliance at large. This position is also in charge of ensuring alignment with other key areas of the end to end Procurement processes transformation namely, among others, Procurement Service Line team (PSL) - both related to Procure to Pay and Master data management - and the Procurement Digital team.

  We count on you for:

  • Provide Procurement end to end processes expertise
  • Act as partner to the Procurement community at large for change management towards improved and digital processes
  • Monitor and measure the processes and systems to drive continuous improvement, user adoption and performance excellence
  • Manage the Quality system for Procurement function
  • Ensure strong collaboration with PSL (both on Procure to Pay aspects and on Master data aspects) with Procurement Digital team and with the Quality community
  • Play key roles in ad hoc projects - either as project manager or as project team member - with focus on transformation and continuous improvement.

  You will bring:

  • Master degree or similar equivalent experience 4 - 6 years of Procurement experience is a plus
  • Proven experience in Procurement - processes and / or activities such as sourcing etc.
  • Strong aptitude for technology and digital mindset
  • Skilled in initiation, coordination and management of projects and processes, including agile way of working
  • Solid leadership and business acumen
  • Strong analytical skills and result oriented
  • Adaptability to shifting business needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills combined with the ability to develop strategy to serve multiple business and/ or functional needs
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Engagement, enthusiasm and ability to build & animate a network / community, keeping people engaged
  • Strong cross cultural communication skills, and comfortable in working with remote teams
  • Fluent in English: another language is a plus (French, Portuguese, ….)
  • Commitment to teamwork and proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Must be able to effectively work and lead in a multicultural environment.
