      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Research and identify process improvement opportunities
      - Help organize and maintain sales databases, CRM entries, and reporting dashboards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field
      - Strong communication and relationship-building skills
      - Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and time management
      - Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); CRM or data tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau) is a plus
