  Your role

  • Your focus will be on campus and graduate recruitment (but not limited to), ensuring that we attract top talent early in their careers. Working closely with in-country talent acquisition teams and key stakeholders, you deliver global policies, best practices, and training to ensure we consistently hire high-quality professionals;

  • Furthermore you support with recruiting for key roles (eg. our International Leadership Track ), and supporting the business in (global) recruiting challenges;

  • As we are a true believer in a data driven approach, part of your role is to provide TA insights; e.g. analytics on TA trendlines, results, monthly reporting and our processes and act as subject matter expert for our global talent acquisition systems;

Your expertise, creativity, and drive contributes to the continuous improvement of our recruitment practices, ensuring that we consistently attract and hire exceptional professionals who embody Fugro's values and vision.

  Your track record

  • You are experienced in recruitment, full lifecycle, in-house recruiting, creative sourcing techniques and events of which minimal 3 years’ experience in campus, graduate recruitment. You also have a proven track record in project management;

  • You are data and results-driven with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a global business culture that values high standards, high energy, and high ambitions;

  • You have an excellent command of the English language;

  • TA technology (ATS, sourcing tools, LinkedIn, networking/referral technology) and strong IT skills, is something you are experienced in.
