- Partnering up with the Global Testing Manager for the outsourcing program with accountability for the successful readiness of the system and processes supporting the future strategic operating model
- Key liaison between all functional teams (Solutioning Team, Operations and Middle Office, Testing COE team, Technology), the service provider and the internal program team
- Work closely with technology and senior operational leaders to implement a successful testing strategy and process: Establish, manage, and execute testing strategy, coordinate with all technology and operational workstream on deriving test cases, oversee all aspects of testing – Test case preparation, Testing Resources, Reference Data, Environments, Scheduling, Scripted Testing, Defect Management, Entitlements, establish and govern all entry and exit criteria of various testing phases, develop, implement & monitor performance metrics to ensure the quality and efficiency in implementing the initiatives and p artner closely with global & location/region managers to establish consistency and best practices and provide thought leadership
- Work closely with business partners and other operational leaders to ensure the future state system is fully ready to support the J. P. Morgan Asset Management outsourced functions
- Relevant testing and/or testing management/coordination experience and familiarity with the kind of responsibilities/tasks to be performed

Today the current JPMorgan's asset management middle office operating model varies by region rather than being client or investment solutions focused.
The goal of the global middle office program (Project RIO) is to successfully implement a strategic common global operating model for core elements of JPMAM’s Investment Operations, leveraging CIB Core Middle Office Services and thereby reducing JPMAM’s operational and technology complexity, enhancing service to our global and complex clients; achieving economies of scale and reduction in expense ratio as business grows; reducing effort required to add new product capabilities, and to improve timeliness and quality of global data
