Scope, plan and execute change projects in accordance with the Talent Acquisition prioritized roadmap

Own and deliver 1-2 workstreams on larger projects and/or run individual smaller projects

Undertake & support problem solving on complex business challenges

Establish strong relationships with stakeholders in Global Office and Markets

Actively drive the development and capability build of our change management capability

Execute change leadership and change communication activities for strategic initiatives to drive employee engagement and high adoption rates

Own and manage all change project collateral to ensure effective communication, adoption and benefit realisation

5+ years of experience from management consulting, a strong in-house consulting unit or project management roles

Experience within project management, change management and communication
-
Big plus with experience having worked with onboarding and pre-onboarding projects

Experience in working in international/global environments

A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree within Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Organisation, Strategy or similar

Proven successful delivery of large scale projects from project initiation to embedding

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Ability to operate independently and as part of a wider team

Drive transformation projects across Pandora
In this role, you will take charge of planning, executing, and overseeing change projects that encompass people, processes, and technology, all geared towards realizing our strategic business objectives. You will foster and mentor change management skills within the HR, Communications & Sustainability sectors. Independently steering workstreams, you will ensure successful project delivery within designated timelines, quality benchmarks, and budget parameters. Your responsibilities will encompass project implementation management, including comprehensive reviews to report on embedding activity, benefit realization and issue management.
In close collaboration with colleagues inside and outside of the team, you will ensure visible and impactful management of strategic initiatives to the broad organisation, in tune with organizational culture and values. Collaboration with Global and Market process owners, as well as Shared Services, will be crucial to drive the adoption and integration of changes. Teaming up with HR Partners, you will play a pivotal role in steering organizational transformation through the integration of novel people, process, and technology initiatives.
