- Generate new business through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, in-person visits)
- Develop partnerships with corporations, schools, youth groups, churches, and community organizations
- Execute a local sales plan to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships
- Build relationships with school administrators, PTO/PTA groups, coaches, and youth leaders
- Promote field trips, fundraisers, reward programs, and graduation events
- Represent Urban Air at community events and networking opportunities
- Sell corporate team-building events, holiday parties, employee appreciation events, and private park buyouts
- Coordinate logistics with operations to ensure seamless event execution
- Create customized packages to meet client needs
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure outstanding guest experiences
- Manage event details, contracts, deposits, and follow-up
- Track leads, opportunities, and revenue in Salesforce system
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting
- Meet weekly/monthly reporting and KPI expectations

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences? Waterslake Capital is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Group Sales & Events Manager to drive revenue through group bookings, corporate partnerships, school events, team-building experiences, and community organizations at their Urban Air Adventure Parks around Georgia. This role builds strategic community relationships, expands market presence, and drives consistent, repeat group bookings; and works directly with the park General Manager's to ensure start to finish execution of events. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, sales-motivated, and passionate about creating high-energy events. We are looking for candidates interested in part-time or 1099 employment, with the potential for full-time employment at a later date.

What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, preferred degree in Business, Marketing or related fields
• Hospitality or Family Entertainment background (Theme Parks, FECs, Restaurants, Hotels, etc.)
• 2+ years of sales experience (B2B, event sales, hospitality, or entertainment)
• Sales Force experience preferred or other relevant sales CRM
• Outgoing and personable, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to close the deal
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Creative thinker who can build unique event experiences
