      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and participate in enrollment events to achieve membership growth targets
      - Develop and maintain relationships with community-based organizations and key business leaders
      - Collaborate with various departments to improve enrollment and choice rates for Medicaid programs
      - Deliver presentations and distribute educational materials to potential members
      - Identify and promote Molina's programs within the community

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job-related experience
      - Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, business development, community engagement, or healthcare
      - Strong public speaking and presentation skills
      - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
      - Valid driver's license with a good driving record and reliable transportation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Solid understanding of healthcare markets, primarily Medicaid
      - 5 years of outreach experience serving low-income populations
      - Experience in healthcare marketing or grassroots/community outreach
      - Fluency in a second language highly desirable
      - Active Life & Health Insurance certification
