Job Description
- Req#: 4541
- Execute and personalize CFG strategies for Advisors within scope of responsibility, leveraging key business intelligence to inform approach
- Ensure Advisors are leveraging Cetera value proposition to drive customer engagement and grow their business organically
- Need to help advisors grow their practices through the use of proven practice management techniques, tools, and coaching.
- Identify the needs of the advisors and recommend the available Cetera tools, depending on their respective practices.
- Act as liaison to corporate centers representing voice of the customer to help drive high value changes in the broader organization, traveling within their region as necessary
- Surface “VOC” content for our conference and training engagements
- Own key communications with advisor, business/owner growth strategy and individual strategic plan development
- Influence product and training development
- Support core revenue in reduction of GDC attrition and SS Sales growth
- Help drive practice growth with individual advisors
- 5+ years of Sales experience in the financial services industry
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce
- Skilled at using proven practice management tools, techniques, and coaching skills to help advisors grow their practices.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Ability to work independently, from a home office

This position will work remotely out of our Northeast Territory.

Compensation: The salary range for this role is $100,000- $115,000 plus competitive performance-based variable compensation. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.
