performance analysis (weekly, monthly, ad hoc)
reorder & merchandising bulk management
support during selling campaign for buying tools elaboration
managing of special requests from the regional buying team (reorders, sizing, product info...)
managing changes of assortments and replenishment in direct contact with the regional buying team & inventory planning team
support in the definition of visual guidelines according to sales performance
elaboration of specific in-depth analysis for store visits
elaboration of dedicated analysis on digital KPIs and e-com performances
to understand the retail & digital merchandising role and workflow
to be able to analyze performances and propose actions based on figures
to learn how to work in a constantly changing environment while meeting deadlines
to develop product sensibility for the watches & jewelry categories
- You should be going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or have recently graduated (within the past 2 years) with successful studies in Economics, Marketing, Merchandising, or related fields.
- Previous curricular/extra-curricular or educational experience abroad is a plus.
- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English are required
- Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Passion for fashion will be considered a plus
