What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with customers to understand their business needs and translate them into technical and operational solution requirements
- Prepare detailed solution documentation, including technical service descriptions and RFx responses
- Act as a liaison between professional services, operations, and sales to ensure smooth project handover
- Participate in defining delivery processes and service standards while recommending improvements
- Apply ITIL and Agile principles in service design to align with best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of experience in delivering IT services as a technical, project manager, or service manager
- Strong background in technical and financial proposal development
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Structured and process-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure services is essential
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Good knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platform capabilities
- Experience with transitions or service onboarding projects
- Knowledge of tools for reporting, documentation, or automation initiatives
- Certifications such as TOGAF, Cloud Certifications, or PRINCE are considered a plus
- Additional language skills (other than English) are beneficial
