      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide expert guidance across all major Head Start content areas, including education, health and nutrition, and family engagement
      - Utilize OHS systems for tracking, documentation, and analysis of disaster recovery initiatives
      - Support the development of customized solutions and specialized work plans tailored to OHS needs
      - Manage and interpret data related to disaster recovery grants and guide recipients on rebuilding applications
      - Prepare summaries and presentations for OHS leadership and participate in national and regional meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's or Master's degree in early childhood education, public administration, social sciences, public policy, or related field
      - 5+ years of experience supporting Head Start/Early Head Start programs or federal early childhood initiatives
      - 2+ years of experience in disaster recovery efforts or high-priority national projects
      - 2+ years of experience in public relations or intergovernmental collaboration
      - US government issued security clearance required (will be initiated upon hire)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Deep knowledge of Head Start Program Performance Standards and operations
      - Familiarity with Smartsheet or other real-time data systems
      - Experience providing training or technical assistance in early childhood governance or performance management
      - Strong analytical skills, including experience with program data and quantitative analysis
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
