- Develop a year-round program focused on skill development, strength training, and character
- Promote academic achievement, discipline, and sportsmanship
- Ensure compliance with all district and OHSAA regulations
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, staff, and the community
- Previous coaching experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Valid Pupil Activity Permit (or ability to obtain)
- Completion of required certifications and background checks

Head Varsity Football Coach
Northridge High School is seeking a dynamic and student-centered leader to serve as Head Varsity Football Coach. Northridge competes as a Division V program in the Central District and takes great pride in its athletic tradition and strong community support.
