- Conduct hearing assessments using remote technology and interpret results
- Recommend and fit appropriate Earlens solutions for patients
- Provide remote counseling and support to patients regarding hearing loss, Earlens hearing aid use, and other related issues
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records in the electronic medical record system

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and referral sources as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in hearing technology and telehealth technology
- Provide excellent patient care and customer service
- Meet productivity and quality standards as set by the clinic
- Bachelor's degree in Audiology, Hearing Science, or related field
- Valid state license to practice as a Hearing Instrument Specialist
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hearing instrument fitting and dispensing
- Experience with telehealth technology and remote patient care is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to use a computer and telehealth technology
