What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and maintain long-term partnerships with mortgage brokers to drive business growth
- Identify, cultivate, and expand new business opportunities through strategic sales initiatives
- Educate brokers on loan package submission procedures and compliance requirements
- Resolve conflicts between brokers and the bank, ensuring effective communication
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training for sales support staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience in the field or a related area
- Professional communication skills for both internal and external contacts
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products and applications
- Strong cold calling sales ability with a positive and assertive style
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with online banking systems
- Ability to learn new systems and applications quickly
- Previous involvement in industry organizations or networking groups
