What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop content for Help Center articles, automated messaging, and self-service customer resources
- Collaborate with Product Insights, Product Managers, and Marketing to create content for product launches
- Manage internal article feedback and prioritize tasks using data
- Communicate team work effectively to internal collaborators
- Uphold continuous improvement by analyzing content performance and customer outcomes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years experience in help/support content, documentation, or technical writing
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging writing
- Strong adherence to style guides with a consistent voice and tone
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams, including marketing and product management
- Familiarity with content management systems and analytics platforms
