What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for all internal customer technical support requests
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including network, operating system, and Internet access problems
- Perform installations, configurations, and maintenance of company computers and related equipment
- Assist in the implementation of network security measures and maintain user access
- Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned under the supervision of senior IT personnel
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree or 2-3 years of information/help desk experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
- Understanding of setup, operation, and troubleshooting of Windows OS computers and accessories
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Google G-Suite and MS Office applications
- Understanding of Apple products/applications and POS systems
- Experience with VMware
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work nights and weekends
- Valid Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle
