What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide customer service and technical support to end users via phone
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including Microsoft Office and Office 365
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of various operating systems, including Windows and Apple devices
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
- Travel between locations for equipment transportation and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Help Desk position
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft Office and Office 365
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Active Directory
- Experience with DNS, DHCP, and mobile devices (iPhone and Android)
- Must possess a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Google G-Suite, SCCM certifications, and Microsoft/Azure certifications
- Background in Kaseya and JAMF
- Bilingual in Spanish language
