What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-quality technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues
- Perform extensive imaging and deployment of desktops and laptops using GHOST 8.0 or higher
- Diagnose and resolve PC hardware/software issues utilizing various diagnostic tools
- Assist with installation, modification, and maintenance of network components
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors to resolve technical problems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong background in Help Desk / IT Support, Customer Support & Customer Service
- Experience with Active Directory, Computer Networking, and Troubleshooting & Analytical Skills
- Prior experience with imaging, deployment, and desktop support
- GHOST 8.0+ experience required; FOG experience is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with terminal emulation tools for host system access
- Experience supporting LAN environments and troubleshooting basic networking issues
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on exceptional support
