What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide end-user support on Windows, MacOS, Google Meets, and other supported systems and applications
- Assist in maintaining conference rooms, AV hardware, and computer hardware
- Install, modify, and repair employer tech hardware
- Create, maintain, and delete user accounts from various systems
- Escalate critical issues to appropriate teams or leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of support experience
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripts or commands
- Basic networking troubleshooting capabilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Associate's degree
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing knowledge base articles or step-by-step guides
- Experience with SCCM, Absolute, Jamf, ServiceNow, or Atlassian Jira
- Team leadership experience is a plus
