      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor and manage help desk requests, ensuring timely troubleshooting and ticket compliance
      - Provide support to users via phone, chat, and remote tools for IT product inquiries
      - Document and maintain an IT knowledge base, as well as manage inventory of assets
      - Install and troubleshoot operating systems, software applications, and hardware issues
      - Assist with user account management during onboarding and offboarding processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related field or 3+ years of equivalent work experience
      - 3-4 years of relevant corporate IT support experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
      - Knowledge of MS Windows and Mac OS X operating systems
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail
      - Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and basic networking skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience with Okta, Microsoft Office 365, Azure, AWS, GCP, and Google Workspace
      - IT certifications are a plus
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams
      - Experience in a high-growth, dynamic work environment
      - Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities
