What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set up, configure, and deploy user laptops and desktop workstations, including managing laptop images for new users and upgrades.
- Maintain, create, and terminate user accounts across various systems, managing file share access and organizational group policies.
- Promptly process and resolve inbound requests, providing accurate first-level support.
- Install, manage, and troubleshoot peripheral devices such as network printers and scanners.
- Adhere to IT best practices and standard operating procedures during systems maintenance and support activities.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on IT-related experience in a corporate environment, including direct desktop support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Exchange, with strong support skills for Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune (3+ years preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to support users locally and remotely.
- A four-year degree in a relevant field, or equivalent IT experience.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with manual and automatic device enrollment in Microsoft Intune.
- Ability to manage user devices, policies, application deployments/updates, and deployment scripts.
- Proven troubleshooting skills across a range of applications and systems.
- Experience troubleshooting Exchange problems and managing SharePoint permissions.
- Familiarity with antivirus/antimalware software installation and support.
