      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide Tier 2 and 3 operational IT support to all PMEL users, including desktop, laptop, and server support
      - Manage account provisioning for onboarding personnel and maintain user accounts
      - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktop and laptop computers, including hardware diagnostics
      - Document all work performed in the CNSD ticketing application and manage the ticket queue
      - Provide audiovisual support in PMEL conference rooms and assist with online meetings and webinars

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Help Desk support
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field (experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree)
      - Proficiency in desktop and laptop computer administration and life-cycle management
      - Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows and Linux
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in network printing support and troubleshooting
      - Familiarity with multimedia support and online meeting software configuration
      - Knowledge of government guidelines for systems security and procedures
      - Experience with backup systems and data recovery processes
      - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with users and team members
