      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide Tier 2 Helpdesk support for GSA applications, including Asset and Transportation Management (ATM), Vendor Support Center (VSC), and GSA Advantage (ADV)
      - Address and resolve complex IT issues escalated from Tier 1 support personnel
      - Assist Tier 1 personnel in solving basic technical problems
      - Communicate with internal GSA users and external customers via telephone and email
      - Validate problems and provide solutions for elevated issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident and CLEARABLE for a Public Trust with an extensive background check
      - 1-2 years of relevant experience in a Tier 1 help desk phone support environment
      - Basic computer knowledge equivalent to A+ certification
      - High-speed internet, a home landline, and USB headset are required
      - Ability to work independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - HDI Customer Service Representative Certification desired
      - Some college courses relevant to experience can be substituted for work experience
      - Familiarity with ServiceNow or other help desk ticketing systems
