What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for all Information Technology products and services, including troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Manage incoming calls to the IT helpdesk, track service requests, and categorize helpdesk tickets
- Investigate user problems, determine solutions, and implement fixes
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and assist with the setup of audio-visual equipment for conferences
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, gaming regulations, and company core values
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferred
- One year of help desk, desktop support, or related experience
- Required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain an Osage Nation gaming license
- Must maintain a valid Driver's License and provide eligibility documents to work in the United States
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Microsoft Certified Desktop Technician certification
- Previous experience in a casino environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with IT support tools and troubleshooting methodologies
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
