What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Troubleshoot IT issues and implement solutions
- Assist with hardware installation & configuration, troubleshooting, network operations, and security operations
- Provide effective interaction and adaptability to varied staff directions
- Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate analytical capabilities in IT help desk support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Possess an Associate's Degree
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree
- Tech-savvy with a sound understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Available to work M-F, up to 30 hours per week
- Willing to commit to 6-months - 1 year of training

- Previous experience in IT help desk support or related field
- Interest in pursuing a career in Information Technology
