      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Troubleshoot and provide instruction over the phone following a set knowledge base format
      - Diagnose and analyze complex scenarios related to branch video and phone systems, access issues, and data connectivity
      - Complete user requests and routine troubleshooting scenarios, including password resets and general information inquiries
      - Prioritize work based on severity level and time sensitivity of issues
      - Provide excellent customer service while accurately documenting trends for effective problem management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in computer science or a related field or 2 years of related work experience
      - Previous experience in a call center environment preferred
      - Ability to use general office equipment
      - Proficient use of applicable technology
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization

      - Ability to maintain a suitable workspace and high-speed internet access
      - Demonstrated ability to follow technical instructions and guidelines
      - Experience documenting daily activities and system functions
      - Willingness to occasionally work on weekends and holidays
