Job Title: Help Desk Support Technician
Location: Remote (on-site training in Baltimore, MD for 1-2 weeks)
Interviews: Conducted via Microsoft Teams (virtual)
Job Description:
Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Assist with password resets, account management, and access permissions
Guide users through step-by-step solutions remotely
Document and track support requests per established procedures
Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams or higher levels
Support Windows OS, MS Office 365, printers, and other end-user technologies
Maintain confidentiality and comply with data privacy and security policies
Participate in on-site training (1-2 weeks in Baltimore)
Follow protocols for equipment handling, documentation, and service deliveryAbout the company
