      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide first-level help desk support to faculty, staff, and students, ensuring effective communication for technical support requests
      - Assist in setting up user accounts, resetting passwords, and managing multi-factor authentication for network access
      - Record and manage trouble tickets in the Help Desk ticketing system, escalating unresolved issues as necessary
      - Support WiFi connectivity and VPN access for faculty and staff, ensuring seamless network connections
      - Develop and update technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and user manuals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of LAN, WAN, and wireless configuration, including TCP/IP protocols
      - Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot Mac and PC computers and their operating systems (Windows 10 & MacOS)
      - Experience in setting up and supporting mobile devices, including iOS and Android
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and end-user interactions
      - Ability to work independently or as part of a team, handling multiple tasks simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in an IT support role
      - A+ Certification or equivalent
