      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide user support and customer service for company-supported computer applications and platforms
      - Troubleshoot technical issues and advise on appropriate actions
      - Collaborate with IT teams to support users and managers effectively
      - Deliver materials while adhering to project Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
      - Provide feedback to operations managers post-implementation of new technologies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of related technical support experience
      - 1+ years of experience with desktop and laptop computers, including Windows 10/11 and Mac OS
      - AA Degree plus 1 year of related experience, or 3 years of relevant experience without a degree
      - US citizenship and ability to pass a background check for Public Trust security clearance
      - Experience using ticketing systems and remote desktop management software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - ITIL foundations certification or ability to obtain it within 3 months
      - One or more certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician
      - Familiarity with workstation deployment management systems (preferably SCCM)
