      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist users with day-to-day interactions and challenges related to the employer's core production ecosystem
      - Perform routine, time-critical tasks in support of production systems and track progress
      - Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 Help Desk support, resolving user issues and escalating as necessary
      - Set up, monitor, and maintain networks, user access controls, and production systems
      - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for troubleshooting, processes, and user training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a technical help desk, hardware repair, or software configuration role
      - Expertise with computers, including hardware repair and software patching
      - Availability to work first or second shift, with the ability to serve as second shift backup
      - Ability to learn and follow complex documented operations processes

      - Continued independent professional learning in relevant technical fields
      - Experience with documentation and knowledge management systems
