      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide Level 1 support for IT products and services, including desktops, laptops, printers, and software
      - Respond to and troubleshoot support requests via phone, email, and chat
      - Determine effective resolutions for client issues and escalate complex problems as needed
      - Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the Help Desk ticketing system
      - Assist users in understanding system functionality and company policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in a Level 1 Help Desk or similar technical support role
      - 1-2 years of direct Help Desk or technical support experience
      - Strong troubleshooting skills across virtual desktops, Windows applications, and web browsers
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Reliable high-speed internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in a computer-related field
      - A+, Network+, Security+, or MCP certification
      - Experience using Help Desk ticketing systems and escalating issues
      - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
      - Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP networking
