What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and manage users and computers in a hybrid environment using Active Directory and Microsoft O365
- Provide technical assistance and support to users related to systems, hardware, and software
- Respond to queries, run diagnostics, isolate problems, and implement solutions
- Collaborate with the IT Manager in maintaining assets and overseeing IT Lifecycle Management
- Travel occasionally between employer locations in Des Moines, WA, and El Monte, CA

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to provide outstanding customer service
- Technical degree with relevant IT experience
- Understanding of Windows Client/Server platforms, Windows 10 to Windows 11, and Windows server editions
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to a wide range of end-users

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft O365/M365
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi network protocols
- Experience supporting MacOS in a Microsoft Active Directory environment
- Basic use of PowerShell for management of Active Directory and Office 365
- Experience working with third-party vendors and service providers
