      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide Tier I, II, and III multi-channel Help Desk support for CHAMP stakeholders related to OH CDMS
      - Troubleshoot bugs and defects in support of application development
      - Utilize Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies to develop test criteria for user stories
      - Participate in daily Agile stand-ups and sprint ceremonies with Scrum Teams
      - Conduct testing after each sprint to ensure requirements are met before closing tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - US citizen or authorized to work in the US and lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years
      - Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to collaborate closely with government customers
      - Understanding and knowledge of OH CDMS

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of PRRB appeals and processes within OH CDMS
      - Experience with TestRail is a plus
