What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide tiered support for call in, email, or chat generated incidents
- Manage incidents using incident management, knowledge base, and request fulfillment processes
- Maintain activity data for timeliness, accuracy, relevancy, escalation, and status
- Diagnose and resolve incidents remotely with software and hardware functions
- Intake tickets and handle calls from all stores, distribution centers, and end users
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in a Help Desk role working remotely
- Experience with POS systems at retail stores
- 6+ months of experience supporting PC software, hardware, and peripherals in an office environment
- Experience working with Microsoft Teams and Cisco Jabber
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
