What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive instrument capital and reagent/consumable sales in Hematology product lines
- Identify potential customers and manage all sales opportunity activities, including presentations and negotiations
- Utilize CRM systems for sales funnel management, opportunity tracking, and forecasting
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key account decision-makers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service and ensure successful implementation of solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Hospital sales experience with a focus on capital equipment
- Familiarity with CRM systems; experience using Miller Heiman is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Valid driver's license in good standing and must be at least 21 years old to participate in the required vehicle plan
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in laboratory or diagnostic sales
- Strong technical presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to lead projects without direct authority
- Experience in account management and strategic planning
