What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive instrument capital and reagent/consumable sales in the Hematology product lines
- Coordinate all sales activities, including account management, technical presentations, and customer negotiations
- Utilize CRM systems to manage sales funnel activity, opportunity progression, and sales forecasting
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key account decision makers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical applications, and customer service teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Hospital sales experience
- Experience selling capital equipment; laboratory/diagnostic sales experience is a strong plus
- Proficiency in using CRM systems
- Valid driver's license in good standing; must be 21 years or older for vehicle plan participation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Miller Heiman sales methodology
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to lead without authority
