      As a member of the HEYDUDE Digital Commerce team, this role will be responsible for strategy & execution of the NAM eCommerce go-to-market (GTM) plan. The GTM lead will partner with merchants, digital marketing, site merchandising, site operations, brand partners and the creative team to deliver an elevated consumer experience that will meet the company’s financial & engagement goals.

      This role will require a highly organized individual who can work in a fast-paced environment that changes frequently. Seeking a leader with a growth mindset and approach every situation with “how can we” to help achieve the financial targets for NA eCommerce as well as the content needs for Global eCommerce.

      This self-starter is responsible for applying deep knowledge of digital go-to-market strategies and standard processes to provide thought leadership that raises the digital marketing IQ of the Crocs brand globally and locally.

      WHAT YOU'LL DO

      • Create a GTM strategy focused on bridging the gaps between the shopping funnel, branded stories, and commercial moments
      • Build and maintain a GTM calendar that is up-to-date and aligns with inventory availability, global marketing support, and overarching business goals
      • Create critical metrics and a measurement framework for campaigns tailored to the product story investment
      • Support the Digital Marketing team and Merchants to drive sell through
      • Establish a culture of testing, data backed decision making and creative innovation
      • Implement timelines, process steps, cross functional partnerships, and communication plans necessary to drive the strategic plan forward
      • Adopt strategy innovation and experimentation in digital storytelling
      • Lead cross-functional status meetings and agendas
      • Partner with the Brand team to optimize the consumer journey for upper funnel traffic to effectively introduce them to the brand, our values and our product offering
      • Partner with the Creative team to ensure effective output of the Digital briefs to maximize content engagement and commercial impact

      WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related experience
      • 5-7 years’ experience of product and merchandising experience
      • Ability to work effectively and deliver results in a lean, entrepreneurial and global environment
      • Direct and clear approach to communication
      • Passion and tenacity for solving problems through creativity, collaboration and resourcefulness
      • Comfortable dealing with uncertainty by creating structure and prioritizing effectively
      • Results orientation that is balanced between both long-term objectives and short-run performance
      • High energy, high initiative, conclusive, confident
      • Ability to lead and persuade others
      • Ability to adhere to company and department ethical standards; will make decisions with the best interest of the team, company and Crocs brand in mind

      • Able to interact with across levels of the organization; must be able to articulate opportunities and standard processes and implement and project lead supporting action plans
      • Strong relationship builder both within the organization and with external partners
      • Self-starter with a highly developed curiosity and the commitment to test, learn, adapt and be agile in a constantly evolving environment
      • Periodic travel to regional offices
