What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Tutor small groups of students in a remote environment
- Conduct scheduled tutoring sessions using online tools
- Assess student knowledge and identify areas for improvement
- Align tutoring sessions with class curriculum
- Provide quality reports on student achievement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Participate in training and professional development
- Must become an approved DOJ and FBI fingerprinted tutor
- Reside and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available to tutor at least ten hours per week during the school day
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience or background in education or teaching
- Previous tutoring experience
- Subject matter expertise in algebra
